The Hindi Department organised an engaging Debate Competition for Classes 7, 8 and 9 on the topic (City Life vs Village Life).
The debate provided students with a lively platform to express their views, present arguments and look at everyday life from different perspectives. Students spoke confidently in Hindi, highlighting the opportunities, conveniences and fast-paced lifestyle of cities, while others emphasised the simplicity, close-knit communities and natural surroundings of village life.
The activity encouraged students to think critically, articulate their ideas clearly and listen to contrasting viewpoints. It also helped them develop their speaking skills, confidence, vocabulary and ability to support their opinions with relevant arguments.
