The students of Std. 10 conducted a special assembly based on the theme “Nurture Nature for a Better Future.” Students from Std. 1 to Std. 10 were warmly welcomed in the auditorium by a student dressed as a cartoon character, whose cheerful presence brought smiles and joy to everyone. The newly appointed staff members were also warmly welcomed and introduced to the school community.
Through creative presentations, the students highlighted the importance of caring for nature, protecting the environment and being responsible citizens. They also emphasized the responsibilities and positive attitudes expected from students in the new academic year.
Ms. Chitra addressed the gathering and explained the important rules and guidelines mentioned in the school calendar, encouraging every student to follow them diligently throughout the year. She concluded her talk by stressing the significance of the values embodied in the saying “Matha, Pitha, Guru, Deiva,” reminding students to respect parents, teachers and all those who guide them in life.
The assembly concluded on an inspiring note with the students reciting the Preamble of the Constitution of India, followed by the school song. The programme set a positive and purposeful tone for the academic year ahead.
